The three weather sensors
are connected by 32 feet of cabling each. The weather
information from these sensors can be transmitted
wirelessly, to the base unit, by using two AA batteries in
the outdoor sensor. If not using batteries, an additional
cable is included for connecting the weather station to the
sensors. In other words, the sensor suite is always
connected by wires. However, the final connection
between the sensors, and weather station, is your choice of
wireless, or wired.
